Starting from the times of nomads down to early agricolture and to modern age, man has kept an aggressive attitude towards the environment. Today the necessity of a change is essential in order to secure possible conditions to the biological environment and a more responsible use of renewable and non-renewable resources. A rational land-use planning is a key instrument to accomplish this task
