The present paper aims to analyse the experience gained by the Umbria Region in its capacity as «subject-actuator» of the interventions arranged in favor of the territory in the NRRP and its contribution to the Conference on the Future of Europe. By one hand, the work tries to verify the «state of the art» of the implementation of the Plan; on the other hand, the work focuses on the opportunities represented by the Conference participatory model, trying to draw some interim conclusions.
