The essay analyses a new way to produce energy in a renewable mode and regional energy producer parks. These are projects related to the complex and interconnected infrastructure that can produce renewable energy in large geographical areas where are realized regional strategies for the sustainable management. The integration of these parks, particularly in Apulia Region, will be examined, together with the many problems connected with them, from the complicated authorization procedures to the difficult balancing of competences and interests between State and Regions.
