The paper is about the Lazio regional law n. 14 of 2023, regarding wine and olive oil tourism. The measures undertaken by the regional legislator are shown with reference to the national law and with a particular focus concerning the distribution of competences between the central Government and the Regions and final remarks about the quality of the regional legislation.
