40The article addresses the advances in Artificial Intelligence and the possible risks that arise in this scenario. Traditional legislative regulation shows difficulties in building an adequate regulatory framework in accordance with the rapidly changing characteristics of Artificial Intelligence. Therefore, the possibility of structuring regulated models of self-regulation is investigated by merging principles with documents and decisions related to the subject of Human Rights, based on the John Gerard Ruggie Proposals. This panorama is characterized by the so-called Digital Constitutionalism, the result of the crossed challenges that Digital Technologies bring with them. To complete this innovative regulatory space, the possibilities of using the Living Lab regulations are presented, a kind of real laboratory, where these standardization models of new technologies can be tested, evaluated, and improved
