Titolo La «corsa» alla regolamentazione dell’intelligenza artificiale: una riflessione in chiave comparata Periodico Diritto pubblico comparato ed europeo Anno: 2025 - Fascicolo: 1 - Pagina iniziale: 97 - Pagina finale: 115
This article analyses recent regulatory activities in artificial intelligence that have emerged in the framework of some international organizations – the European Union, the Council of Europe, and the United Nations – and the United States. The aim is to show that the simultaneous existence of several binding (and non-binding) instruments specifically adopted for the regulation of AI could lead to excessive fragmentation of the legal framework due to a possible conflict between these "ad hoc" rules and the existing general rules.
