Il contributo si sofferma sul ruolo delle reti associative nel sistema del diritto del Terzo settore. Viene prestata attenzione ai profili soggettivi, nonché agli aspetti strutturali e funzionali. La disciplina delle reti associative rappresenta un prezioso strumento di concretizzazione del Terzo settore. Si pensi anche alla predisposizione degli statuti tipo da parte delle reti associative, alla successiva adozione da parte dei soggetti aderenti alle reti associative e al controllo di legalità esercitato dall'Ufficio del RUNTS. Lo studio si sofferma sulla prassi e analizza, in diversi aspetti, le peculiarità statutarie. The paper focuses on the role of associative networks in the system of Third sector law. Attention is paid to subjective profiles, as well as structural and functional aspects. The regula- tion is a valuable tool for the Third Sector. The Autors consider also the drafting of the statutes by the associative networks, the following adoption by the members of the associative networks and the control of legality exercised by the RUNTS Office. The study focuses on practice and analyses, in different aspects, the peculiarities of the statutes.
