Different interventions have been implemented to address the growth of tourism in the 2025 Jubilee year. Alongside funding programmes, both the State and Regions issued some acts and policies aimed at promoting religious tourism and religious walks in Italy. Despite the increasing attention for that phenomenon, the legal framework still presents some critical aspects.
