The work aims to present the recent health reform of the Marche Region produced with the regional law n. 19 of 2022 and subsequent acts such as company acts. Some economic parameters of financial sustainability and those relating to the quality of care are examined, among which the data on waiting lists and interregional mobility as well as those relating to the use of private services stand out. The picture that emerges is almost enough, much more negative in the perceived dimension than the real one but which presents objective margins for improvement.
