The work, through the analysis of some aspects related to the organization of the health system in Calabria, aims to examine whether and to what extent the effectiveness of the right to health is guaranteed in the region, according to the principles of equity, universality and solidarity that should be the basis of the entire National Health System, in its various territorial articulations.
