Intersectional feminists, in different forms, have denounced and challenged the oppression to which women are subjected, also considering it necessary to address all other forms of oppression – such as those based on race, class, etc. – that exist within the capitalist system. It requires identifying the structural causes that generate the oppression of groups defined by class and status. In the essay, the author applies intersectional feminism to examine existing legislation and assess whether it eliminates or reinforces the causes of oppression linked to gender differences. This analysis is also essential, "de iure condendo", to design measures aimed at removing the causes of oppression and ensuring to everybody the effective participation in the political, economic and social organisation.
