This article examines how the intellectual circles of the German radical right perceived Italian nationalism and its relationship with fascism in the 1920s and early 1930s. It analyses a wide range of writings by authors of the "conservative revolution", reflecting on the circulation of nationalist discourse and demonstrates the presence of shared references, language and stylistic features between Italy and Germany. Both countries shared anti-liberal and anti-individual dispositions and an organic, hierarchical vision of society.
