This work presents the first four journeys that Freud made to Venice, from 1895 to 1898, considering this city as an entry point for the art of building/invention of the Psychoanalysis. These first years of scientific research is constituted by Freud’s discovery of the Morellian method as «closely related to the technique of medical psychoanalysis». It is also given a short tourist guide on the traces of Freud’s first trip.
