This essay aims to analyze and outline new participatory paths of personal, community-territorial and socio-economic-environmental well-being, in a perspective of integral and sustainable development, trying to introduce new perspectives of thought, ethical and epistemological, starting from the institutional value assumed by work in the history of contemporary political, social, economic and legal ideas and experiences, recognized in our country by the founding fathers who wanted it as a founding principle of the democratic res publica in the first paragraph of art. 1 of the Charter.
