This article focuses on collaborative governance through the lens of subsidiarity, understood not merely as a legal framework but also as an ethical and political orientation that encourages a shared culture and reflexivity among public, private, third sector and non-organized civil society actors. This perspective allows us to understand and explain how shared visions can be regenerated into strategies, methods and practices for intervention. The aim is to reconfigure welfare systems as more integrated, participatory, and territorially embedded, placing the individual at the center as a responsible actor engaged in constructive relationships within their community.
