70The article analyses the emergence of Christian neo-feminism, which gained autonomy with the battle against the abrogation of divorce. In those years, Catholic women, who no longer constituted a unitary subject, were at the forefront of the critique of the family model, which had already been revived by the publication of the encyclical Humanae vitae.
