The paper is focused on the UK Supreme Court’s evolution since its establishment, providing an overview of the amount of its adjudication, the evolution of its decision-making techniques, and the changes in its composition. In recent years, the Court has addressed the implications of Brexit on devolution and Government-Parliament relations, the impact of Tory migration policies on human rights protection, the debate on devolution issues, and conservative proposals for a restrictive reform, including direct attacks on its independence. In conclusion, the article highlights the crucial role of the Supreme Court in upholding a complex constitutional framework. Despite many day-to-day the political challenges, the Court remains a key institution for defending fundamental rights and upholding the principles of justice and the rule of law. At the end, to underscore the Court's pivotal role in contemporary political events the article focuses on two recent rulings arising from appeals by Northern Irish Unionist activists, and the final question is: may we see the UK Supreme Court as a true constitutional court?
