The issue of the so-called differentiated autonomy must be studied in the light of the law of 26 June 2024, n. 86, the so-called Calderoli Law, on which the Constitutional Court ruled with sentence 192 of 2024 which – after the premise on Italian regionalism, as a fundamental component of the form of State outlined by the Constitution, within which differentiated autonomy must be placed and harmonized – has punctually interpreted art. 116, co. 3, of the Constitution. This contribution has intended to focus on the problematic issues of the procedure it has designed.
