On the occasion of the publication of a new edition of Gustavo Zagrebelsky’s "Il diritto mite", just over thirty years after the first edition, Giorgio Pino focuses on the main features of the theoretical proposal contained in this work, which is usually considered one of the most representative of so-called neo-constitutionalism. He then analyzes some of the most recurrent criticisms levelled at it and, finally, points out some aspects that represent, on the one hand, limitations and, on the other, unresolved tensions in Zagrebelsky’s position. This is followed by a reply from Zagrebelsky himself.
