537This article explores the evolution of social and employment inclusion strategies for recipients of minimum income schemes. The study aims to analyze the pathways for inclusion designed by social services and employment centers, focusing on four key dimensions: organizational frameworks, approaches to beneficiary care, tools employed by professionals, and their roles within beneficiary relationships. Drawing on findings from the Prin project CoPInG, which examined the implementation of the Citizenship Income (Rdc) in Northern Italy, this research adopts a qualitative methodology. It involves interviews with 67 professionals who engaged with four hypothetical yet realistic scenarios (vignettes). The results highlight a convergence in inclusion practices, challenging the traditional dichotomy between social and employment inclusion.
