As such, the Digital Handbook for Restoration emerges as a central technicalscientific instrument for guiding restoration practices and functional adaptation of heritage buildings. It represents a point of convergence between history, design, technology, and culture, with the ultimate aim of constructing an active and shared memory of twentieth-century Roman public housing.
